Join us for a special in-person EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Grief Workshop, where you’ll have a safe and supportive space to honor your emotions, release the weight of grief, and find moments of relief. Through the gentle practice of EFT tapping, we’ll work together to soothe the heart, ease emotional pain, and create space for peace—all within a compassionate and caring community.
What to expect:
Learn and practice the fundamentals of EFT tapping
Participate in targeted tapping exercises to help ease grief
