Meet Jen, Level 2 IHP
Hi, I'm Jen a Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner and Personal Trainer. My passion for fitness and nutrition has driven me to help many clients achieve their goals with great success. However as I was getting older, I started experiencing challenges in maintaining my own wellness—symptoms like joint pain, hormonal shifts, brain fog, and fatigue made it clear that diet and exercise alone were no longer enough. I refused to accept the notion that these issues were just part of aging. Integrative Health has been a game changer for me. At home lab testing based on my specific symptoms helped me balance my body through targeted lifestyle changes and protocols. I’m excited to have the opportunity to utilize what I’ve learned from my journey, as well as my training in integrative health, to help others dig into the “why” behind their symptoms so they can experience optimal health and live the life they deserve.

Integrative Health Coaching
As an Integrative Health Practitioner, I help clients achieve better health by identifying and addressing underlying imbalances through at-home lab tests or health assessments. This targeted approach allows us to focus our efforts effectively, but it's just one part of the process. We will collaborate on making small, impactful changes in areas like nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, toxin removal, supplementation, and mindset. By working together, we’ll implement personalized strategies that lead to significant improvements in overall wellness. I provide one-on-one support and tailored protocols to help clients feel better, reach a healthy weight, boost their energy, and achieve their individual wellness goals.
