FREE Winter Fitness Sampler! Our FREE fitness samplers have been such a success we've decided to offer them throughout the year! Join us on Wednesday January 10th at 6:45PM in the JeKa fitness studio. During this 60-minute sampler, we will teach 15 minutes each of pilates, full body strength, strength and tone and yoga. Whether you are new to fitness, just returning, or a veteran, this class is for you. We will offer modified versions of all movements so each workout can be customized to your fitness level. Come meet our instructors and learn more about how JeKa can help you make fitness a priority in 2024!
