The challenging mix of lunges, squats, hi/lo cardio movements, weights and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. You'll leave filled with energy and on track for all-around healthy living. Session begins on July 6th and runs for 9 weeks on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6-6:45 AM.
