FREE Fall Fitness Sampler! Our FREE seasonal fitness samplers are a great opportunity to experience all that JeKa’s group fitness program has to offer in one class! Join us on Thursday September 19th at 6:45PM in the JeKa fitness studio for a 60-minute workout, incorporating 15 minutes each of pilates, full body strength, strength and tone and yoga. Whether you are new to fitness, just returning, or a veteran, this class is for you. We will offer modified versions of all movements so each workout can be customized to your fitness level. Come meet our instructors and learn more about how JeKa can help you make your fitness a priority this fall!
