This 6-week program offers an overall fitness and well-being program focusing on movement, flexibility, balance, posture, strengthening and endurance. Whether you're new to structured exercise, are recovering from injury or surgery (with medical clearance), or simply looking to improve your physical health at a beginner level, this program offers the guidance and support you need to kickstart your fitness journey. Drawing from Pilates, yoga, and bodyweight training, each class offers a supportive environment where you can build confidence and well-being. Join us to move with care on your fitness journey!
