FREE Winter Fitness Sampler! Our FREE seasonal fitness samplers are a great opportunity to experience all that JeKa’s group fitness program has to offer in one class! Join us on Monday January 6th at 6:45PM in the JeKa fitness studio for a 60-minute workout, incorporating 15 minutes each of full body strength, strength and tone, pilates and yoga. Whether you are new to fitness, just returning, or a veteran, this class is for you. We will offer modified versions of all movements so each workout can be customized to your fitness level.
